Processing & Shipping

 Each set is made to order that can take 1 to 2 weeks to process (excluding custom orders)

Returns & Refunds

Once order has been shipped, in most cases, all sales are final

If parcel gets lost in the mail, it is up to the customer to file a claim with the carrier. Once it has been shipped, I do not have control of what happens during shipping

If parcel arrives damaged, please contact me as I can offer replacements as long as the damaged item is returned at customer's own expense

Due to the handmade aspect of my products, slight variations in color, length, shape and design may occur

I am not responsible for incorrectly sized press-on nail sets as every nail bed is unique. I highly recommend purchasing a nail sizing kit of your desired nail length and shape prior to ordering a press-on nail set for a tailored fit on each nail

My press-on nails are for temporary cosmetic use only. Wear time depends entire only on individual preparation and application. I am not responsible for skin/nail irritation, or lost/broken nails resulting from improper application, rough removal, or misuse
